  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Please note that coffee crops (beans or ground coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged if the package has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a few business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
